Anthony was my personal trainer for two years, we worked together in person as well as virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic. I really benefited from working with Anthony because of his focus on form and mobility. When we started working out together I was a novice exerciser. Anthony helped me understand how I was compensating for lack of strength in certain areas and we then specifically targeted those weaknesses. Each session was custom-planned for me and my needs only. I saw big improvements in my strength and capabilities that also permeated throughout my life in terms of posture, how to walk, how to sit, and help keep my body in better shape overall. Additionally, we worked out remotely using video calls during the COVID-19 pandemic. Anthony was easily able to create difficult workouts with a lack of weights or machines. He was also able to pinpoint issues with my form through our remote sessions, helping me stay true to my fitness goals of improving strength and overall mobility.
